The Client: Chinese manufacturer of roof system components

Business Challenge: Identify a suitable German acquisition for a Chinese manufacturer

Our Solution:
DENA teccon researched the market and identified companies that were suitable investment targets. We organized and structured the entire process, from initial talks to final selection and signing of the purchase agreements. The entire process from first meeting to final agreement took only four months.

The Client: Chinese-Turkish manufacturing consortium

Business Challenge: Set up a joint venture in China to supply parts to the Chinese domestic automotive industry

Our Solution:
DENA teccon has initiated, led and managed this complex process and our involvement continues. The consortium intends to found a company in China to produce and sell automotive parts for the local market. We will also be involved in the final joint venture.

The Client: German manufacturer of blank cutting dies, progressive dies, step and transfer dies

Business Challenge: Help the client to establish an engineering office in Turkey

Our Solution:
We investigated the regulatory, legal and other frameworks that were a necessary part of establishing an engineering office in Turkey. We have been involved in a number of intensive discussions with Turkish state institutions.

As a result, we have a detailed understanding of the framework within which the engineering office would operate. This has meant that we were able to draw up a provisional business plan which formed the basis for initial discussions with potential candidates and a recommendation as to the location. This enabled further refinement of the client’s implementation plan.
