Our Solution:
DENA teccon, together with a partner company, were tasked by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with investigating the company’s financial situation. We carried out a full analysis which identified the company’s weaknesses. From this, we were able to develop and implement solutions that would deliver a sustainable future for the company.

DENA teccon partners worked closely with the company, running workshops and talking to stakeholders, to get a clear understanding of the situation. Once this was achieved, the team jointly defined a target concept for recovery and a plan for its implementation. These measures have enabled the company to return to a stable operating and financial base.

Business Challenge: Deliver innovative tools and processes with limited in-house resources

Our Solution:
Our customer needed new tools and new ways of doing things but had a very limited resource base in-house. Furthermore, the intention was to design and manufacture the equipment in a developing nation.

Clearly, our customer needed us to source the expertise and capacity it didn’t have itself. We carried out an intensive survey of suitable business partners for them and vetted the prospective companies’ financial and technical credentials. Then we interviewed key personnel in the shortlisted companies before making a final recommendation to the client.

Once the company was chosen, we continued to guide this project until our customer’s goals had been delivered.

The Client: German automotive supplier

Business Challenge: Source a supplier capable of delivering a key prototype and manage the project

Our Solution:
Our client required an exterior area component and asked us to find a supplier capable of developing the first prototypes for the customer presentation. We carried out extensive soft market testing and identified a supplier. We provided end-to-end project management, including regular client reports and communication. The project delivered successfully.
